Dr. Alaí Reyes-Santos is a consultant who leads the team at Alai Community Consulting. She previously served as Professor of Practice at U of Oregon's School of Law, Associate Professor of Indigenous, Race, and Ethnic Studies, and director of the Just Futures Institute and the Water Equity Fund at U of Oregon's Climate Solutions Center.
